My nokia's external charger is broken, is there any way I can charge using the micro usb port?

Nope. Nokia has only recently started making devices that support this feature, so you'll have to buy a new charger.

If it's only the charger that is broken, you can use a USB charger (Nokia CA100 USB Charger or similar), I've one and works with my n810 without problems.
