i followed these instructions here
http://forum.nitdroid.com/index.php?topic=409.0 with these packages http://talk.maemo.org/showthread.php?t=67866 i first uninstalled bootmenu and then installed the packages with "dpkg -i /where/my/packages/are/in/n900/*.deb" command but instead of check the .item file i skipped this part. the result is that i got the error Quote:
(i am using ubuntu 12.04LTS,64bits,i dont used w7 yet, later i will try) If i try to boot Maemo(just pushing "p" in the keyboard to boot Maemo) i get the following error: Quote:
now android runs! but with problems,my wifi connection only last for a minute or less then i have to reconect, android says to me that my sd card is damaged and need to be formated,i ignore this advice when i connect the phone throught usb in usb storage mode nothing happens in my computer ,the depuration of usb is turned on, is it important? these are the details, i just want a normal dual boot with backupmenu, without reflashing or if i must do the reflash ,the correct instructions to install in dual boot with bootmenu because nitdroid installer failed miserabily.it not even createn the folder and or mounted id. in maemo was using kernel power 50. so what should i do with android in order to get those things done? or what should i do with backup menu? i need i solution quuckly because i will sell the phone in the next 3 days, and my client that bought the phone asked me to do the dual boot i have an backup made by backupmenu but i dont know if restoring it the maemo can comeback and android get out. i dont know how to use android,it is too new for me sorry for my english thanks in advance! |
