Well, ok I've exaggerated a little bit, it was probably more like 10 Minutes of work. ;)

I think most people are already used to the patchmanager icon, so I see no reason to change it. But of course feel free to use the icon you think is the best.

I like both icons.
Maybe the new one a bit more. But I guess Fellfrosch is right, one is used to the older style?
