[Announce] MusiKloud - A SoundCloud client

I announce the Maemo5 version of MusiKloud, a SoundCloud client written using Qt Components.

Thanks. :) I don't think Diablo has the minimum requirements to run this. Even if the required Qt libraries were available, the performance would probably be pretty bad on the N8*0 devices.

There's an open bug against toolbar layout issues. I can rollback to default meego implementation but that isn't also perfect so I prefer to fix this case by case. Please, could you provide a TestCase for your problem and attach it to the Bug?

Problem with your approach is that phone/network indicators will be available in the new qt-components revision... :/

By the way, I'll pushing new qt-components today, which proposes a new way to backport meego Apps to make it compatible with SSU and CSSU deployments. That way It should even easier to backport apps.

i've had a problem with musikloud making file system read-only, it was a file partially downloaded that caused it.
wondered if anyone else has had the problem?

i sorted it by running in root:
fsck.vfat -aw /dev/mmcblk0p1

It then came up with the problem file, rebooted and managed to delete it and file system back to normal now.

other than that Musikloud is brilliant cheers Marxian:D

Yes! You have to install qt-components-10 and the libqtm-12 of the extras repository (not the extras-devel!)

I have disabled extras-devel and followed x-terminal method. packages were not installed, so forcing to uninstall returned "not installed" messages. But I get conflict messages when I try to install from terminal, any help?:

Great application, but often when you are playing in changing the subject pauses and plays just put back play.:(

Especially when the music is placed in queue

First disable extra-devel repository, then

works great!!! just a bit unstable, becaused it crashed while I was browsing.. It seems that it is caused when the playback backend skips audio frames.
Well, my english isn't that good to describe such problems, but I hope you can get what I think what the issue is :)
However, at the moment the app works smooth and fast!! many thanks!

hi great app !! i've got a question though..i've downloaded musikloud as wel as cutetube (qtcomponents) and they are both giving me a attitude(lol)

At first musikloud was working fine but now when i try to lookup something it says no videos found.....uninstalled it then reinstall but no luck...i've got the libqtm 12 and qtcomponents but again nothing...(help please)

Next stop cutetube....it keeps rebooting my phone (i know that these apps are under construction) but i was wondering if i was the only one having problems????? PS keep up the good work these 2 apps are awesome

İt is Great application but i think it has some problem !

for example

when i write a any song's name in search section it does search just one word. But, when i write in search section two or three words it does not find any results.

example
