So I was looking at the BloGTK because I would like to port it over to the 770 but I am not sure on all the requirements.

I am suppost to get my 770 in the mail to day, and then I am going to start trying this can any one comment on the dependences?

The starting point would be PyMaemo-based applications like Gmailmon and Teemu's article about Coding for the 770 using Python.

The biggest problems will be trimming down the GNOME dependencies, I imagine.
