I found this on reddit

I emailed the dev for the .apk but it isn't starting on SailfishOS

Am I doing something wrong?

No idea. Do other apks start successfully on SailfishOS?
Did you try to start apkenv from Terminal on SailfishOS? To see errors being printed out? Or does apkenv have a log somewhere?
I would have tried on my device, but Nokia N900 doesn't have apkenv in repositories at the moment.

What's the minimum Android version supported? That might be the issue perhaps.

As the application in question (wehe) is an academic project or al least closely related to one, it might be worthwhile to ask for the sources so one could port it to a reasonable platform...
