Volume buttons on N900 are just F7/F8 buttons. Maybe we can do something with keymap...

this is the main reason im using some player for listening to music....when screen is locked the volume rocker serves as a next/previous button, when its unlocked it controls volume

sorry to hijack this thread

but @ vi can you give the shortcut command line so as to receive phone call using camera key

its really annoying to receive calls by touching the screen

you can use n9-button-monitor and configure it like this :)
