Canola 2 does nothing
 

Hey,

Just installed Canola 2 on to my n770 running os2007he, when I click it to load it...it says loading canola 2...Then does nothing at all.

Can anyone shed any light on this please.

Did you fully follow the directions on the canola site?
As in setup the special repos to install the correct version.

if i were you, i wont waste my time on canola (at lease for now)
its not that good piece of software. i prefer xmms if you want to play audio. it have this eq plugin that is great and diffrent skins for customization. and if you want the upnp i suggest the media streamer. upnp of canola s**ks. i cant stream any videos on it even if i already convert it for the tablet to read.

i just hope canola will be better in the future. but for now it's really a not to install or i do not recomend it.

Why do they have you disable all the other repos?

i think due to respos overlapping or some kind of conflict between the newer versions with the n770 version. use canola cleanup application to clear everything and reinstall the application.
