It's fresh as can be ;-)

Anyone here has some hint as to which device that might be?

Further, we have been working in good collaboration with our active community of porters (thanks all!), and thanks to that there is a new Sailfish OS reference port coming together nicely that will enable Sailfish OS support for new 64-bit and Android 10 driver based devices – stay tuned for more on that soon!

I expect a similar rightful indignation now :D

I think people brag too much about that latest updates for this phone, and Jolla was oh yeah we almost forgot .... canceled! Thank for reminding us :P

I don't think people will be mad, I mean it's more then many device get and it was free and they still have unofficial options ... more then many android phones in fact.

Yeah, sorry, I did not express myself clearly, did I? I should have said, where is their rightful indignation now?

Re: That's It...

I've still got that China Jolla 1 phone.
In it's day it was a beautiful placeholder showcase for Sailfish OS interface , that soon turned more "Androidy"..

Then my next one was Sony Xperia X. Finally they get to their senses: don't try hardware, sell software options. Choice to blow breathing air into the stale mobile world!
But then same applies :focus o Facebook, Internet browser etc..

Where's SIP, where's integration of key services to CALL (like Wire, Telegram, XMPP, anything that is not 110% mainspystream.

And sadly same for Jolla 1 telephone, applies to my Xperia X, they won't upgrade the Android App Support implementation even if they could.

"Jolla 1 has the oldest Android App Support implementation, which cannot be updated to a newer one due to architectural limitations."

So no Wire Secure Messenger. No Sailfish.

Got a Mint Nokia N9 16GB after selling my 64GB soon after getting it one being disapointed with the hardware & politics. 15 Euro.. Toying around with it, it's still much more intuitive to use than the Sailfish OS ones with latest updates. How is this even possible.
