We've released the Beta version of MeeCast for SailfishOS.

It is the best weather client for mobile by a mile!
@vasvlad this version is better than the test one - cover is used, swiping is smoother. Just an idea: use the cover actions to implement refresh button.

When swipe left or right in cover page, add a clear reflesh button indication?
also inside the UI, use pulley menu for reflesh better than use the left corner reflesh button? Self Customize the cover page show?

Yes, swipe left or right to reflesh, delete the reflesh button and add the pulley menu to reflesh.

Customize? Maybe customize which information not show or show, example: the location weather discription

Implement refresh on the cover with right to left swipe - that is the way the native applications(mail) do it, so I think it would be good all covers that have refresh action to follow the same "rule".

Do you plan to make the background transparent to fit Jolla's appearance? It would be nice to at least have it as an option.

Also there is a weird white tint when flicking between pages and a line between them. See this:

No, this could be a great feature! That way you can emulate widget behavior by opening different cities in different windows. Please, keep it (at least optionally).

Bug confirmed here as well, can't scroll down.
Weather forecast is only shown untill 16:00.

There is a minor bug in layout of confirmation dialogue. When you delete a station the 'Yes' is written on the left edge of the screen. It should be on the right.
Functionality is not affected by this bug and the pull directions work as they should.

Awesome! Live this app. A couple of ideas though:

1. Could you use Sailfish silica components to maje the appearance look more native to Sailfish OS?

2. Cover action: refresh and toggle between different cities?

3. Maybe a bit too time consuming but weather animation on cover would be awesome

Toggle between locations is already implemented, but there is not a visual hint on the cover. Just try swiping on the cover.

Suggestion: in 'Manage Locations' would it be possible to have near to the city also the provider (maybe using a smaller font) ?

Bug report: when deleting a location, if the name of the city is too long half of it ends up outside the left screen border.
