Just some bloke who likes boats. Poor fella never has any luck with them... If he asks to take you for a ride, just politely decline the offer.

The Smarterphone acquisition is interesting as till date there isn't much concrete info on it yet...

The most reliable rumours have speculated that the acquisition was for the talent in there which is currently working on S40...Maybe new S40 phones will reveal if there is any footprint from Smarterphone...

I'm not to familiar with oppo. Do they deliver worldwide or this Asia only?

Primarily Asia sadly, but as I have been reading up on them it appears as though their reputation in europe has been increasing over the last 2years. In that time they have been pushing phones out that have some amazing specs (ie worlds thinnest phone & lush designs) along with this more recent announcement that has hit global interests.

Oppo do seem to be hot on the heals of ZTE and Huawei in this new wave of Oriental companies making there way into the western markets. They are certainly allowing this rise in awareness to gain traction no doubt speculating on the demand from us western users.

Only time will tell if they do choose to go for a worldwide release.

Nice trolling. Not sure how your brain works, but I think your view fails yet again.
