i've managed to get all the ipc stuff going, services like netd, installd, servicemanager work fine, i couldn't test my patched surfaceflinger yet, but there are many cases where it could fail....

Yeah, honestly, I built Pierogi originally as an experiment for myself -- I really never expected it to become, well, popular. :) (It isn't nearly as flashy as QtIrreco or any of the other IR apps...

Ok, yeah, it appears that I need to clean up my Samsung keysets quite a bit. :) Samsung has held onto a single IR protocol for a very, very long time, and has done quite a bit of button shuffling...

I say 'tried' because the update process resulted in a dependency error.
