Thanks for the replies guys, I am getting my windows PC back tomorrow and I will try flasher on that. I have been using flasher on linux so far.

As the title goes, my N9 is completely dead, It wont turn on I just get the LED light at the bottom right.

Right, I edited a theme file using N9 Qtweak and the phone is now stuck in reboot loop!!

I get as far as this on the guide (http://wiki.maemo.org/N9QTweak#Troubleshooting) :

This is a thing... This maybe a simple answer but how did the N900 get an app for Skype (that video call works in) when the N9 doesn't? Is it that the app on the N900 was made by Nokia themselves?...
