Use /etc/init.d instead of /etc/event.d and after chmod'ing it run:
update-rc.d runossoxterm.sh start 99 2 .
And don't use the sleep.

Packages form obvious groups, each group is independent of the others
Kernel with modules+ramzswap (ramzswap has kernel as dependency, so it is impossible to bork diablo with it)
