Ah, thanks, that appears to be it ! :) I've bumped the python-protobuf dependency to >=2.4 and I've also removed that monav_support import - it will be imported once needed, so it was just slowing...

At the moment, modRana only does offline routing from point to point (using Monav), offline map rendering is not yet supported (but planed).

BTW, you can get more up to date Monav routing data...

Even if I disregard all the issues with re/distributing the map files, they are in some undocumented proprietary format.

And even then, the files contain just the vector data for the given are....
