You have to be online via WiFi or 2.5G/3G to register. Otherwise if you're offline or something Yappari will never ask you to register.

No, it is not set that way. It seems that you have a permisology problem.

Try this:

chwon -R user:users /home/user/.config/scorpius


EDIT: Also if Yappari crashes you will lose the data...
