I'm more intrigued by what is depicted in the drawing. Seems like a creature with stick-like body, enormous head and rainbow coloured hair. Maybe she elaborate more on its meaning.

Unless you got a white one, you'll get a case with matching colour. I'd personally recommend using at least some sort of protection - you've bought something which the company doesn't provide...
