Well, I did it :D
I downgraded PR 1.3 to PR 1.0 :D
Generally, I used cert with PR 1.0 version. Then, I flashed PR 1.0:
sudo flasher -F DFL61_HARMATTAN_10.2011.34-1_PR_LEGACY_001-OEM1-958_ARM.bin...
