It forces a 805 overclock seemingly without warning, it's bound to feel snappier than stock.

If you have looked/understood the sources you will understand why good devs strongly deprecate it.

It was explained to karam what his "patches" do wrong in a couple of threads, not only by me, but by other users who know a bit about cgroups and such too. He did nothing.

However, remove speedpatch too.

The last from me - search the forum for why so-called crappatch and batterysuck patch are evil and should be avoided at all costs

I have created a package in extras-devel called "Fix PR1.2 Missing Icons" (fixpr12icons) which creates the symlinks (in /usr/share/icons/hicolor/48x48/hildon/) when it is installed.
