This is not a virus, but a memory system that has been damaged by a forced reboot/unmount.
checking the file system like michaaaaa said earlier will most likely fix it, if not you need to flash...

Neopwn ships with an old version of ruby, Metasploit will run much faster with the new one.
to upgrade (copy the following to neopwn terminal):
apt-get remove ruby ruby-full
cd && wget...

Install rootsh from app manager, open Xterminal en type this:
root
umount /dev/mmcblk0p1
fsck -y /dev/mmcblk0p1
mount /dev/mmcblk0p1 /home/user/MyDocs

edit /opt/neopwn/control-panel-ui/etc/conf.py and change the line that says
"-t ext3 /dev/mmcblkXpX /.neopwn -o noatime"
to the partition number of your emmc
